Herbal Immunity Support Recipes for Year-Round Wellness

Building a robust immune system is essential for overall functionality. Incorporating herbs known for their immune-boosting properties into your daily routine can be both delicious and beneficial. Here are 10 herbal immunity support recipes that I love to use and PLUS side you can store year-round.

Elderberry Syrup:


1 cup dried elderberries

4 cups water

2 cups honey

1 cinnamon stick

4 cloves


Simmer elderberries, water, cinnamon and cloves until

reduced by half.

Strain, cool, and add honey.

Store in a glass jar. Serving size 1 teaspoon daily.

Turmeric Ginger Tea Blend:


2 tablespoons dried turmeric

1 tablespoon dried ginger

1 teaspoon black pepper(increases turmeric absorption)


Mix the ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Steep 1 teaspoon of the blend in hot water for a soothing


Garlic and Honey Fermented Elixir:


1 cup garlic cloves, peeled

1 cup raw honey


Blend garlic and honey until smooth.

Store in a jar and let it ferret for a few weeks. Serving

size 1 teaspoon.

Immune-Boosting Fire Cider:


1 onion, chopped

1 bulb garlic, minced

1 horseradish root, grated

1 ginger root, grated

2 jalapeños, chooped

Apple cider vinegar


Place ingredients in a jar and cover with apple cider

vinegar .

Let it infuse for 4-6 weeks, strain and store. Take a shot

when needed.

Rosehip and Hibiscus Infused Water:


2 tablespoons dried rosehips

2 tablespoons dried hibiscus petals


Steep the herbs in cold or hot water for a refreshing and

vitamin C-rich drink.

Lemon Balm and Peppermint Tincture:


Fresh lemon balm leaves

Fresh peppermint leaves

Vodka or apple cider vinegar


Fill a jar with herbs and cover with vodka or apple cider


Let it sit for 4-6 weeks, strain and store. Serving

dropperful daily.

Astragalus Root Soup Mix:


Dried astragalus root slices

Dried shiitake mushrooms

Dried seaweed


Combine the ingredients and store in a jar.

Fresh thyme leaves

Raw honey
