reduced by half.
Strain, cool, and add honey.
Store in a glass jar. Serving size 1 teaspoon daily.
Turmeric Ginger Tea Blend:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dried turmeric
1 tablespoon dried ginger
1 teaspoon black pepper(increases turmeric absorption)
Instructions:
