Banana IceCream Made Easy


What you NEED


  • 4 ripe bananas

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Night before make sure to peel and cut bananas into coins to freeze for at least 8 hours


Directions:


  1. Pour all ingredients into blender OR food processor. Mix until smooth

  2. Just throw into the freezer afterward to firm the ice cream

  3. Personally, I loved mixing in a melted down dark chocolate bar when it was ready to serve. Add a few banana chunks and walnuts... IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!
