5 workouts per week each with modifications dependent of gym experience and equipment available. 3 Strength Training days 2 Glute & Core Focused days.

Exercise Library

Members will have access to a comprehensive library in order to refer to movements at any time.

Coach Support

As your coach even though this is specifically an ON YOUR OWN program, I will be available for any questions you may have.
