Vegetable Stir Fry


  • Olive Oil

  • Vegetables: red bell pepper, yellow bell peppers, sugar snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, baby corn

  • Sauce: Garlic cloves (minced), brown sugar, sesame oil, chicken broth, cornstarch

  • Garnish: green onions and sesame seeds


  1. First, cook up all your veggies

  2. While cooking, make your simple garlic sauce

  3. Pour the sauce over veggies then let simmer until thickened

  4. Meat add-in optional (chicken, shrimp, ground turkey)
