Salmon & Rice

Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Kale
Avocado
Garlic
Black Pepper
Himalayan Salt
Thyme
Lemon Juice
Salmon
Jasmine Rice
Instructions:
Instapot your rice. 2 cups rice plus 2 cups water. Set at high pressure for 10 minutes
Cook up Salmon in olive oil. Season with Garlic, Black Pepper, salt and lemon juice
Quickly cook up 2 handfuls of kale with olive oil drizzled on top. add a pinch of salt. should take no more than 30 seconds (TIP: don't over cook kale otherwise you'll lose nutritional value)
Cut your avocado
Serve
