Salmon & Rice


  • Olive Oil

  • Kale

  • Avocado

  • Garlic

  • Black Pepper

  • Himalayan Salt

  • Thyme

  • Lemon Juice

  • Salmon

  • Jasmine Rice


  1. Instapot your rice. 2 cups rice plus 2 cups water. Set at high pressure for 10 minutes

  2. Cook up Salmon in olive oil. Season with Garlic, Black Pepper, salt and lemon juice

  3. Quickly cook up 2 handfuls of kale with olive oil drizzled on top. add a pinch of salt. should take no more than 30 seconds (TIP: don't over cook kale otherwise you'll lose nutritional value)

  4. Cut your avocado

  5. Serve
